AH2 Commodities Tab Question

Hi. I have two general Commodities tab question.

If I bring up my Cargo World Map tab, then Commodities list, I get a list of T1 items that I can buy and sell at various prices shown by green and red dots. What I find interesting is if I go thru the list once it gives me certain prices. Going back thru the list again gives me different price results for the same airport. Is this normal? Cigarettes' for example can be +146 and KCIC but -25 the next time thru. Does it recalculate the commodity price each time you click on it? Just curious.

Aircraft parts. They have a certain weight to them. Normal AH2 jobs will let you load "partial cargo". I haven't tried this yet with Aircraft parts, but can one load "partial parts" if your aircraft isn't quite big enough to carry it, or do you need a freighter type aircraft than can handle the load?
