Refund for Concorde for MSFS
-
I’m completely disappointed with Concorde for MSFS. There are so many reasons for my disappointment but succinctly this aircraft is so far away from the standard MSFS deserves its an embarrassment. So regretfully I must ask for a refund: what is the procedure?

There isn't one as it is digital software. However, if you contact Just Flight support they can look into any problems you may be having. Concorde has proved extremely popular with customers and reviewers, so your issues may be caused by something that can be fixed.

@derek Thanks for the reply, I’ve have been a JF customer for many years this is the first time I’ve been in this situation. The fact is if you compare Concorde to MSFS default aircraft you’ll find in terms of graphics alone they are much better. If you compare a well known FREEWARE aircraft in terms of system depth the freeware wins. This is why Concorde for MSFS is a total embarrassment it is no where near the quality of product I’ve come to expect from JF and moreover it doesn’t even come close to a freeware product, particularly in systems. The fact is the only thing this MSFS version has which is similar to Concorde is that they both fly at M2. No I’ll just uninstall it and accept the loss, thank you for your time. PS, sorry but you did mention reviews, what is clear from numerous videos reviews, and how to videos, is that unfortunately the reviewer has little to no knowledge of Concorde, many of these videos and reviews are just plain wrong sorry but that is my opinion.

Very few people still alive today have. Still, as you say, that is your opinion, to which you are entitled, but it doesn't seem to chime with that of the majority of users. NB also that DC Designs regularly update their software and respond well to customer feedback. The Concorde changelog is here:

@derek Well, there are so many very knowledgeable simmers and Concorde enthusiasts still around with so much to offer. They have clearly not been used. As for support from the developer, well that consists of; 'our aeroplane is perfect, it must be you'. Anyway, it is only my opinion; this version of Concorde is too far removed from the actual aircraft, moreover, the auto system needs much work to get it up to even the current freeware standard or indeed some of your own recent MSFS releases. Thanks for your time and goodbye.
