Captcha not working for new support ticket

I am attempting to put in a support ticket but I am unable to get past the captcha, I have tried on both Chrome and Edge browsers and it just says 'captcha failed' each time. Would you be able to advise if this is a known issue or if it is something on my end only?
Not a known issue. Just checked and it working OK for me on Chrome. Trying going into privacy settings and clearing all the relevant cookies.
Thanks for checking, I have tried with clearing cache and cookies and still no luck, very strange indeed. The captcha sometimes is just to complete the tick but then other times it is pick the squares with something in them but the captcha window stays the same size (both types still end with a captcha failure) which is odd behaviour as well. I will try it from the work computer today and see if that yields a different result. Pics below
