Turning knobs of GNS530/430 don't work

Hi Guys, as stated above the turning knobs of the garmin GPS GNS 530/430 don't work. All other turning knobs in the cockpit do work, even those on the old style radio devices. Fun fact: on some airports everthing works just fine, on (most) others the knobs don't turn. This behaviour is very good reproducible. Problems with the turning knobs have been reported in other forums and in some cases the problem could be solved by reinstalling the aircraft. I tried this but the problem stays. I've also emptied the community folder just to make sure no other addon is causing the problem. I could kind of overcome the problem by installing the GTN750. The turning knobs on the 750 do work so it seems to be an issue with 530/7430 only. Does anyone experience the same and have a solution for this?

@xkris74 I have seen the issue several times. I tried reinstalling in order to fix it but haven't spent enough time with them to say for sure if that fixed it for me or not.
First, do you use the 530 mod, and is it updated?
Otherwise my solution has been to simply hit Esc and restart the flight; that has never failed to fix it.
If you can reproduce it consistently then perhaps a support ticket is warranted so they can nail down the cause. I'm uncertain how close a root cause is to being identified or whether the fault is on the Just Flight side or the Asobo side, but this has been seen and discussed here before.

@retiredman93231 Yes, you are right. But the restart doesn't solve the problem for me. However sometimes I have an issue with a not moving carburetor lever. I can hear it moving and also see the effect it has on the motor rpm, but it's just not moving graphically. In this case the restart is very helpful.
