Just purchased today (8/19/2021). Tested using local and cross country flights. Communications from ATC are not being displayed on the ATC screen log and are not heard through the speakers as with all other MSFS aircraft. AI copilot replies do appear on the screen ATC log and can be heard through the speakers (only way I was aware that ATC had issued instructions). Comm1 & 2 were both tested individually, and cockpit speaker switches on the dashboard were selected (moved into the up position per the manual) accordingly. The MSFS ATC configuration is set to default (same for all other MSFS aircraft). Neither the Comms or NAV audibles are coming through the speakers, only the AI Copilot replies are being seen and heard. Checked the iPad configuration settings and cannot see any options for communications ATC output selection. What am I doing wrong, otherwise I love the aircraft.

@papajoeb If it's the same as the Piper Warrior, you have to turn the volume up, the little C knob on the 530 or the volume on the 100, not sure on other GPS options.

@katchaplin Thank you for the reply. I did set the volume knob on each radio as high as they would go. That’s the same knob needed to turn each radio on. I’ve logged off for today and will take a fresh look at things tomorrow. Thanks again for the reply.

@papajoeb I finally figured it out by setting each radio to ATIS, then tinkering with the knobs until I could hear it.

@katchaplin Thanks. I'll give this a try later today, however it was more than just not hearing the ATC communications, they didn't appear on the ATC dialog screen either where I could at least read the commands. I'll give this a shot later and hopefully both will appear. Thank you for your diligence on this.

@papajoeb Tried the Arrow IV today and used your suggestion. Everything works. Will try again with the Arrow III and let you know. Thanks again.
