Tornado F3 missing HUD & TV screens

I just wondered if anyone else had this issue with the Tornado F3 in P3D4.5 and if so, whether they've found a fix for it?
Basically, no matter what I try I can't get the HUD or TV screens to display and going through the panel.cfg it seems to be an issue with the TornadoF3_GlassCockpit.dll file where its not picking up the guages from. I seem to have all the files referenced from the .cfg file in the right place etc so it's really odd.
By comparison, the Tornado GR1 HUD/TV screens work fine in the sim.
