FSUIPC constant events

Hi FSUIPC is continually reporting RADIO_COMNAV1_TEST_TOGGLE and RADIO_COMNAV2_TEST_TOGGLE with parameters 0 and 1 switching back and forth. Doesn't seem to interfere with communicating with the sim from MobiFlight but haven't seen any other aircraft do that. Makes it difficult to see what's going on as everything scrolls by in the console log window.

Hi Ted. Thanks for the report. There's nothing in our code that triggers those events and it looks like the same thing occurs with other aircraft, including the default C172:

I've added some code for the next update which should block those events, although I'm not sure what there purpose actually is!
