    Heya.

I luv my arrow, just wondering if you folks can whip up a simbrief profile for it? I can only see the C-172 for similar aircraft types

    Cheers

Is it? I wouldn’t assume that. I would think it’s up to the people with the most accurate info. At the end of the day it’s the developer’s choice. Take 5 mins to do something for their customer base (just as the FlyByWire team did to include one for their free NEO.) ...or not.

One possible solution (if none forthcoming from elsewhere) is to modify an existing SimBrief a/c profile to match the Arrow III essentials. Then just use that profile. At present I have been using the Commanche, but I think the C172 is more suitable. Also, remember to edit the aircraft type when filing the flight plan.
The problem is that it no longer seems possible to edit the cruise TAS when doing this. Thus ETE's, ETA's and fuel consumption are never correct.
