Pilot model display instead of Copilot

Hi,
It seems that the copilot displayed through the EFB option is not the Copilot as selected in MSFS menu, but the Pilot one.
You have to use the "PILOT_1" 3D object, not "PILOT_0".Thanks!

There are currently some quirks with the pilot model system when trying to get the model to appear in both the exterior and cockpit, as it's only really designed to show in the exterior, so we were using a bit of a 'hack' method which is behaving oddly since the latest MSFS update. We'll try to find a better solution.
