Flying through clouds

Hi all, the plane’s behaviour when flying through clouds seems a bit aggressive! I’m no real world pilot so can’t say what it should do but the plane seems to climb or pitch up very aggressively? I have not experienced this in any other plane on any other sims. It’s almost impossible to trim out and makes it difficult to hold altitude
