Magneto switch does not go to "START" position.

Dear:

My sim is P3 D v 5.1.
By right mouse click, I can take the magneto switch up to BOTH position, i. e. from OFF, R, L and then BOTH. But it does not go to START position. So, the engine does not crank. Please help.
