146 Professional No FMS

Hi there,
I’m having big problems with the 146 despite running the latest update in administrator with an/firewall turned off and have submitted a ticket. At the moment the aircraft is virtually unusable, but one enormous issue I’m having is complete non-functionality of the FMS; no click spots, no 2d FMS, nothing on the screen, absolutely nothing at all.
as I say I have submitted a ticket but in this state I will have to try and get a refund because the aircraft is just unusable. -
@rondon9897 Support will get back to you as soon as they can on this. Your report isn't uncommon but many people have managed to get it working over the weekend through a mix of the update and other suggested remedies. Apologies for the hassle so far but it's something that can be sorted, obviously the plane wouldn't have been released if the problems you are experiencing were commonly known to us.

No, I didn’t think you’d release it like this there is obviously some sort of conflict but I can’t possibly see what it is.
