Getting an Unable to authenticate message...

Hello,
I am trying to open my Traffic Global App on my desktop but I keep getting a message saying... Unable to authenticate. Please, contact support for assistance. I submitted a ticket but have not heard from them yet. I have a legitimately purchased software that I purchased from Just Flight. It was working perfectly fine now I can't access it. Does anyone know what is causing it it?
