JF HS 748 undercarriage problem

JF HS 748.Retracting the u/c after take off can only be achieved by using the lever in the cockpit,not with "G",and when it comes to extending the u/c niether the "G" or the lever functions,so somthing has gone wrong,but I don't know what the problem is.can anyone help me please.Thanks.benibaz.

So what did you do to solve the undercarriage problem?
I routinely fly this great "old bird" and am currently in US Virgin Islands on my way to Brazil and Argentina.
When things go wrong, I usually uninstall the current version and download a fresh version from Just Flight's website from my account area. Just Flight has a great policy of letting you download when necessary.
