Class 60/ midland mainline

I'm creating some new scenarios for the newly released Midland mainline. In one of the scenarios I've created I'm using the Class 60 advanced from Just Trains. Issue I'm having is I can't get the loco to refuel at the end of the scenario at Toton.
I'm not sure if this is a loco problem or a route problem

I answered my own problem. the fault lies with the just trains class 60 as other loco's refuel without issue
