why is it impossible to create a Penzance to Paddington scenario?

I've this question before and I don't know where I asked it, and I was told there, is, and it's 360 minutes long. This is neither in my Scenarios either career, standard, or workshop. Surely the lines are now linked? That's ceetainly the implication when you're buying the product. What and how am I missing it? Thanks

Quite suprised you not got an answer before now...
alanthomsonsim may have something scenario wise, but only goes as far as Plymouth.

Also try the Cornish Mainline On Just Trains website...or Have a look On Steam workshop.
