Do you not want your customers to have your latest software updates?

    1. We are not notified of any updates to products by email
    2. The website gives absolutely no clue as to updates of any individual product
    3. the website has no tabs or links to where one can find updates (At least they are well buried)
    4. Product manuals state "Please check the News and Customer Service pages on the Just Flight website for news and updates for this aircraft and for all our other products". There is no tab or link for "customer services" on the website or direct link for updates in the manual and there is no news tab or link on the website either!

It is by trial and error that someone finally clicks support and sees the knowledge base and from desperation finds their product out of dozens and then discovers there is information on the last patch for that specific product within. I can then click a further link for details on that patch. But even when stumbling onto this the same must be done for each individual product to know if there has been any update and then one can redownload the full package from their account I assume?

Please at least have a link on the front page to all patch news so it is obvious where to go for information and we can at least one click to see if any of our products received an update or preferably send email notification when one does or best of all have an autoupdater or update search function with your products.

You should definitely receive an email notification for all updates. That's something we do religiously so not sure why you're not receiving them? Not seen other reports of people missing them.

AutoUpdater is a possibility going forward and something we've discussed. Not a simple task though, requires more time and resource to look into and get the ball rolling on it.

    Thanks for the feedback.
