installshield doesnt work

Just downloading another update and when i run it as admin after extracting it, the green progress bar starts to run then stops before it completes.
I have tried to contact support and they have never come across this error before.
anyone any ideas?

Hi,
If it isn't a corrupted download and a redownload doesn't fix it, try deleting the installshield engine files by removing this folder: C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\InstallShield
That should reset any broken Installshield files.Which product is this, by the way?

I have a problem with my install shield as well
Not the same,but a problem it’s the first time ever
Usually works first time, when I open the install
It shows my destination folder as D;steam\steamapps\common\raiworks so I go to browse and put the correct destination in which is D;programfiles(x86)steam\steamapps\common\raiworks but it will not accept this any body have any ideas please. -

Just to let you know I have sorted my problem with the install shield it was all down to me.
