Captcha for creating a ticket not working.
-
Hi Björn,
Are you using any ad/popup/script blocker extensions in Google Chrome? Extensions like noscript, AdBlockerPlus, Ghostery, etc... can cause issues with Google Captcha, you may want to try temporarily disabling any and/or all extensions and seeing if that helps.
You may also want to try submitting a support request using an incognito window in Chrome to see if that works. If it does then you may need to clear your Chrome cache to get the form working in a normal window.
If none of that helps let us know and we can take a further look. You can contact us via email support@justflight.com - you may also want to email in your support request so that can be looked at alongside this issue.

@ch0llis Still not working. Have no issue with google captcha on other websites.
Not sure if you saw Craig's reply, but see below:

@derek Yeah I saw that and I sent an email, but it still doesn't make the captcha work for me of course ;)
Captcha is a proprietary bit of kit. We simply link it into our website and we have no control over the working of it. As Craig explained, various things can cause it to reject customers occasionally. The only option I can see would be to get rid of it, but it certainly has reduced the spam since we started using it some years ago.

@derek the captcha is working fine (I get the checkmark) but when I submit the form I get an error anyway.
Which would suggest it is not working fine - it simply gives us a yes/no. A quick Google on 'captcha not working' shows that this is not a problem confined to our site. Not really sure what to suggest - apart from contacting us directly, as Craig has outlined above.

@derek the error is given by your site, not by the captcha. The error appears above the form. It seems your site is not registering the simple yes that the captcha is giving. It looks like the captcha for whatever reason is embedded in the page in an iframe which is not how you would normally embed a captcha. Anyway, I'm just trying to tell you that there might be an issue with the form. It's safe to assume that if I have this problem I'm probably not the only one. I have contacted you via email a while ago so for me it's not an issue anymore. I can only suggest that someone checks the implementation. You can close this topic now. No response is needed.

OK. We'll leave it at that. Many thanks.
