It's entirely separate to Western Mainline, doesn't need WML installed, just an add-on for TS2019.

Just as a question regarding this product:
Could this product be added as an add on for Western Mainlines giving us the option to go London Paddington - Chippenham - Melksham - Westbury - Taunton. Seeing as most of the route has been created between Chippenham and Taunton Via Bristol’s Temple Meads. If this was added as an add-on for WML, the build time to complete the route I.E Reading - Taunton Main Line via Newbury would be less to build as the Southern Route goes as fair as Pewsey? Or is Just Trains planning another add on which covers the Reading - Taunton Mainline Via Newbury with the interconnecting routes from Westbury?

Unfortunately not - the way Train Sim is built means you can't add one line to another. In order to create the route add-ons for Western Mainline we have to re-write the route from its start to the end point of the add-on. As these are two entirely separate routes by different developers this isn't possible with SW Expressway and WML.
