    Good day Folks,

I wondered if there was any plans to update this aircraft (if it's not already) to X-Plane 12?

I also wondered if JustFlight had any intentions of releasing this version of the PA-28-181, onto MSFS 2020?

    Many thanks,
    Harry

Yes to both. We are in the process of testing updates to make as much of our content as possible work in XP12. This has taken some time as we have been awaiting a final/stable build of the game, which I think we have seen in the December update. No dates as yet, but it is well on track.
Archer for MSFS - on the GA list after the Tomahawk. When's the Tomahawk coming out? Not sure yet. We have been delayed by some issues but hopefully back on track.

@derek Thanks for the fast response Derek! Great news. That version of the piper, with the starter/alt/mags etc at the top is what ATP flight school heavily use so it's been a fantastic learning tool in XP11. Looking forward to seeing it in 12 & MSFS.

One more question if you wouldn't mind, in our aircraft we use a G500 in the Archer. I currently use software from RealSimGear in a pop out window. They said you're able to implement it into any aircraft however I haven't had any luck with the JF Archer.

Wondering if you know if it's even possible for the user to add it or if that's something JF would have to implement into the actual design?

    Thanks again,
    Harry

I’m not sure on that one. AFAIK there’d be no way to implement it fully into our Archer III (i.e. a 3D version in the cockpit) without us doing some modelling work.

I think you might need to contact RealSimGear directly for clarification on exactly what they mean by 'implementing it'.

No news on the updates at the moment. As soon as we have some we'll publicise and existing owners will get updates.
