Problem with rudder pedals

After replacing my CH Pro rudders with Logitech G Pro Flight Rudder Pedals I have this problem. I can't turn on the ground with the pedals. But I do see the pedals move in the cockpit when I press them. Also they seem to be functional up in the air. I have assigned them and calibrated them and during that process everything seem normal.
