Traffic Global X-Plane for Mac - keyboard shortcuts

I've just bought the new GA version for Mac. The manual seems to give keyboard shortcuts for the different views for Windows keyboards. I'm no doubt being dim but I can't translate them for my Mac keyboard. Is there a reference chart anywhere for the shortcuts please?

The easiest way to get the active keyboard shortcuts is to check X-Plane's keyboard assignments, they're all listed in there and you can change them if you like.
