<![CDATA[Traffic not disabling through menu]]>I set traffic 0%. I pressed Disable Traffic. Traffic is still showing in my sim. I loaded in and want to remove traffic and it is not being removed.

Changing settings to 25%, 50% and 75% also seems to have no affect.
