First, you don't have to edit this to get GA aircraft, all it's for is changing the balance of flights towards training activities instead of point to point private flights.

The file is a very simple two-column CSV file which goes into the same folder as the .bgl traffic database. I can't attach a file here but the first column is the ICAO code, the second column is the word "include" or "exclude", and there is a header row which is ignored.
