<![CDATA[External lights illuminated on without any power]]>There is an issue with the external lights being left on when all power sources are disconnected.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Power up the aircraft
  2. Turn on the nav/logo lights
  3. Switch to external view and confirm that the lights are illuminated
  4. Return to the cockpit
  5. Power down the aircraft
  6. Switch to external view or go to walkaround mode

Expected result:
The nav/logo lights are turned off

Actual result:
The nav/logo lights remain illuminated
