Swissair was the launch customer of the F100 an wanted biger cargo doors. So, they used large cargo doors. I think the repaint provides small cargo doors...

They operated 10 Fokker 100s from March 1988 until mid/end of 1996. The first eight of them with Reg. HB-IVA to HB-IVH where equiped with the TAY 620-15s as your provided model. The last two HB-IVI and HB-IVK had the stronger TAY 650ies.
