Is there a way to clear it, or is it supposed to be like that?

Any procedure displayed on the RH MFDU must be completed by the pilot before it is removed from the display. This can be achieved by moving the cursor through the checklist using the ADV (advance) switch on the MFDS panel. As a quality-of-life feature, it is also possible to control the ADV switch by clicking the screw above the RH MFDU.

Further information on Procedures can be found on page 141 of the F70 & F100 Professional Operations Manual: https://downloads.justflight.com/products/JFF003811/F70_F100_Professional_MSFS_manual.pdf

Hope that helps.
