Ran into an issue with the TBM930 update (I think it was the working title free update from the marketplace). Not sure exactly how the situation was created but it looks like I downloaded the TBM930 working title update and tried to install it and it failed. The hint was that there was a -temp directory for the tbm930 in the streaming folder. After that I had no aircraft sounds from the TBM at all - no switches, engine, etc. To resolve it I had to uninstall the Blacksquare TBM so that I could install all of the TBM930 stuff - then I was able to reinstall the Black Square TBM and the sound was back.
