The first went perfectly including an ILS approach almost to minimums. The second not so much. Cruise altitude was FL290, did a descent to 12,000 ft...no problem. I then went to reset the target altitude on the AP to my next level of 4000ft, as soon as I started to reset the altitude the AP went nuts...tried to turn back to the previous waypoint, and the FMC had also reset the flight plan. After disconnecting the AP and taking over manually I was able to complete the flight (VFR), but I never could disconnect the NAV button it remained illuminated.

On both flights I note that the throttle response curve is a bit strange. It's too flat at low N1, and becomes very exponential at high N1. Please don't tell me to adjust in MSFS, I have my curve set well in MSFS and it works great for PMDG, Citation X, and even JustFlight's RJ, and the other planes I use. I know from editing flight dynamics in FS9 and FSX that that curve can be adjusted in the cfg files. Might want to take a look at that.

Works with (insert product here) is not a valid trouble shooting starting point. It is like saying that the light bulb worked right before it burned out, or in this case, the light bulb in the bathroom is burned out but the one in the kitchen is working fine.

FS9 is so far removed from MSFS2020 and 2024 that you might as well be an expert in Aramaic.

4 flights in and I don't see any of what is being reported. I don't use the sim for control bindings, so can't talk to that, but the way I am doing it is working fine.
