"We hope you've enjoyed this update, we aim to bring you more as soon as we can in the New year."

So that announcement/update was released several years into development and is itself now about 1.5 years old. As far as I can see there hasn't been a peep since, the updates in the New Year never materialised.

Is this still on the way or do I give up and got for the IFE offering instead?
